LSFP Mourns the Loss of Lynne Marie Appleman

It is with profound sadness that we announce the loss of one of our devoted and cherished medical assistants at our Lansdowne office.  Lynne Marie Appleman died suddenly from causes unknown on Sunday, September 19, 2021, at the age of 48.  Lynne was a long-term resident of Leesburg and is survived by her young daughter, Addyson. Lynne’s world revolved around her daughter and providing care for others.  Lynne will always be remembered for her larger-than-life personality and steadfast concern for her patients and the practice.  She was loyal and devoted to our practitioners and made sure that everyone always had what they needed. The echo of her voice and contagious laughter can still be heard in the nurse station and we know for certain she is now watching and critiquing us as we try to continue life without her.

A memorial service will be held at the Colonial Funeral Home at 201 Edwards Ferry Rd, NE, Leesburg, VA on October 7th at 7pm.

To help support the family during their time of need, our practice has started a GoFundMe project to help with funeral expenses and for the care and support of Addyson.  All donations are greatly appreciated and will go directly to the family.
