BREAKING NEWS

How to Sign Up for a COVID-19 Vaccine for Loudoun County residents as of January 15, 2021

The Health Department is coordinating separate vaccination events for law enforcement, fire and hazmat, corrections and homeless shelter workers, public schools, and county government employees. If you are in one of these groups, you do not need to contact the Health Department to schedule appointments.

Employers, members of the  Phase 1a and Phase 1b groups who have not been contacted by their employers, and residents aged 65 and over, may begin the process of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine by contacting the Loudoun County Health Department in one of two ways:

  1. Online:  Submit an online pre-screening survey. Requests for vaccine will no longer be accepted by email;
    Or
  2. Phone:  If you do not have access to the internet, you may call Loudoun County’s COVID-19 information line at 703-737-8300 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

NOTE:  The Health Department is no longer accepting requests for vaccine appointment by email.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CURRENT SUPPLY OF COVID-19 VACCINE IS VERY LIMITED AND IT IS BEING MANAGED AND ADMINISTERED BY THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.  LSFP DOES NOT HAVE THE VACCINE AND WE HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN ANY INDICATION OF WHEN OR HOW MUCH VACCINE WE WILL RECEIVE FOR DISTRIBUTION TO OUR PATIENTS.  WHEN WE OBTAIN CONFIRMATION OF OUR ALLOTMENT OF VACCINE, WE WILL POST INFORMATION FOR OUR PATIENTS ON THIS WEBSITE AND ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE, INCLUDING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR VACCINE APPOINTMENT.  WE DO NOT HAVE A WAIT LIST AND DO NOT PLAN ON CREATING ONE.  WE HAVE SEVERAL  METHODS OF NOTIFYING ELIGIBLE RECIPIENTS WHEN THE VACCINE IS AVAILABLE.  PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THIS PROCESS AND CONTACT YOUR LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT IF YOU FEEL YOU ARE ELIGIBLE NOW.

  • Flu shots are now available at all LSFP locations.  Please call ahead to reserve your appointment.
  • We continue to offer limited time slots for parking lot visits for our established patients with respiratory complaints and those with known Covid exposure at several LSFP locations.  Please call your location of choice for more information or to schedule an appointment.
  • Please note that all patients and visitors are required to wear a face mask while on the premises at any LSFP site.  Masks are an important safeguard in deterring spread of illness, especially since social distancing is difficult to maintain in healthcare environments.  We also ask that you please refrain from bringing additional persons with you when you come for your in-person visits.
