What happens if I cannot make it to a scheduled appointment?
Please give us 24 hours notice. A charge will apply for missed appointments without 24-hour prior notification.
I need a refill on my prescription. Do I need to come in?
Often there’s no need for an appointment. Simply contact the pharmacy where your prescription was previously filled and let them know that you need a refill. They will contact our office electronically for the refill approval. If your prescription needs to change or was prescribed for a short duration, such as to treat an infection, your practitioner may ask you to schedule a follow up appointment before a refill is given.
What insurance do you accept?
LSFP takes most medical insurance coverage. We accept:
- Medicare

We also accept other small insurance carriers but please call the provider’s office before making an appointment.
Do you accept new Medicare patients?
